Location: Perth (in person - Harrisdale, Willetton, Subiaco)

Who we are

Everest Tutoring supports students from Year 4 to Year 12 across Perth. We run structured, high-quality programs across GATE preparation, high school tutoring, and ATAR pathways.

Behind every great tutoring session is a well-run centre. Our admin team keeps everything running smoothly so tutors can focus on teaching and students can focus on learning.


The role

You'll be the backbone of our centre operations, handling the day-to-day tasks that keep classes running smoothly. Your job is to make sure tutors have what they need, students feel supported, and the centre operates efficiently.

What you'll do:

  • Handle printing and preparation of student materials, worksheets, and resources
  • Mark students' work and assessments under guidance from tutors
  • Manage centre logistics (stationery, equipment, room setup)
  • Support tutors with administrative tasks so they can focus on teaching
  • Greet students and parents, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Track attendance and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with tutors on student progress and material needs
  • Handle general centre upkeep and organisation

  • ATAR 85+ preferred (demonstrates strong academic foundation)
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential

Experience:

  • Admin, customer service, or education support experience helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, computers)

Commitment and compliance:

  • Reliable availability during term time (weekday afternoons, weekends)
  • Willingness to sign an employment contract
  • NDA and non-compete agreement required
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check, Police Clearance & ABN


Locations and schedule

Work at one of our Perth centres: Harrisdale, Willetton, or Perth Modern School.

Most shifts run during after-school hours and weekends when classes are operating. Schedules are set term by term based on centre needs.
