Everest Tutoring is a growing education company dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence across WA. We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Accounting & Administration Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage both financial and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing invoices, payments, and receipts
Assisting with payroll and bookkeeping tasks
Maintaining accurate financial and student records
Responding to emails and parent enquiries
Assisting with enrolments and class administration
Organising schedules, documents, and internal systems
Supporting day-to-day operations of the tutoring centre
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in accounting and administration roles preferred
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team
Friendly and professional attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience with Xero, Excel, or similar systems
Experience working in education or customer service is an advantage
